New information and clarifications in various workstrems as well as integration of new “Certification”-Section into the Zero Outage universe.

Following sections were updated or added:

- [“SECURITY”](/content/the-standard/security/index.html) added: “Introduction” and “Overall Picture”, 2 downloads to „How to write a PRD“-Section
- [“PROCESSES”](/content/the-standard/processes/index.html) added: new introductory page & graphics, new section “Event Monitoring”
